Christian Larson

The average person is in the habit of saying, “The older I get;”’ and he thereby calls the attention of his mind to the idea that he is getting older. In brief, he compels his mind to believe that he is getting older and older, and thereby directs the mind to produce more and more age. The true expression in this connection is, “The longer I live.” This expression calls the mind’s attention to the length of life, which will, in turn, tend to increase the power of that process in you that can prolong life. When people reach the age of sixty or seventy, they usually speak of “the rest of my days,” thus implying the idea that there are only a few more days remaining. The mind is thereby directed to finish life in a short period of time, and accordingly, all the forces of the mind will proceed to work for the speedy termination of personal existence. The correct expression is “from now on,” as, that leads thought into the future indefinitely without impressing the mind with any end whatever.

Validation

Dont dwell on what went wrong yesterday focus on what you are gomna do today and live in that moment.  Im not a very good person at validation, but i try to seek truth for myself so that my beliefs are shaped by that truth.
The message is although life is a challenge what we bring to the world has nothing really to do with the world,  the onus is on us to accept responsibility for our short commings and change our thinking. Our worth is measured by how best we change the outcomes of the challenges we face.  it is best to be plugged in to that higher power who guides us, support us and warns us.  remember our life sourse is determinant on a power higher than our own sleves and come what may just for today remain plugged in.  blessed love :)

The way to a healthy mind

Whats the way to a healthy mind? The best way is to a healthy heart.  How easy is it for us to be narrow minded, not focused, rigid and a non advocate for what is right?  We know we love to shop and spend badly but we associate with those who indulge us to do the same and loose focus.  We don't really wanna party all the time but to be apart of the in crowd we self indulge in the limes and the parties.  how are we best serving our selves if we are on a path to self destruction?

It calls for digging really deep it calls for understanding that some things may occur out of our control but understand that we don't know everything and open your self up to the universe to learn.Be reminded that caution in movement, focus of direction and scrutiny of association allows us to be flexible in terms of our own experiences. we are responsible for what we give out to the world.  It is a judge of our character and if we are not responsible for our own actions who do we blame?  Give out what you want to get back and in tern if you do not get back> That's ok appreciate the lesson.  So the way to a healthy mind, Is a healthy heart< the way to a healthy heart is being able to release and let go!
